Karen and John's experience
Hi Marcela & Craig, it's official, the blood test showed we are indeed pregnant.  What an overwhelming feeling.  We are so excited.  I also sent Dr. Anna an
e-mail to let him know and to thank him.

We realize that we couldn't have done it without the expertise of Dr. Anna or our successful donor, however, the thankfulness we feel starts with the two of
you.  Without your business, we wouldn't be pregnant today.  We knew we couldn't get pregnant without a donor and doing it here in the U.S. was out of the
question.  We are so very grateful to the two of you to be so compassionate about opening such a business and helping others.  God bless you.
We had a wonderful trip, I call it our adventure.  All went smoothly and so easy.  I know God sent us to you.  I am happy that we got to meet you as I know all
of your clients do not get the opportunity.  It really made our trip.  Please tell Zuzka the good news too and thank her for being so nice.  She was always
punctual and very friendly. Thank you again so very much and I will be in touch soon...........Karen & John

August 2007 -   Karen is 13 weeks pregnant with one baby, they are doing great, the heartbeat is strong and the family is looking forward to a positive
future.

October 2007 - Karen is expecting a baby girl.
Kay's IVF trip
My name is Kay, I am 40 yrs old and have been TTC for 3 yrs with and without a fertility specialists help. My diagnosis has been "unexplained infertility"
and "advanced maternal age" We were given the Donor Egg and IVF speeches.  Once I was able to get over the shock, we began to research Donor
Egg IVF and the prices were shocking. My husband is in the U.S. Military, which means no fertility coverage, so everything would be out of pocket.  We
were lucky enough to be sent to Belgium to live. I continued my research and found IVF Vacations.  We decided to schedule a donor egg cycle, but
after the heartache we had already experienced, we decided to make this a true vacation, with the medical procedures secondary.
Debbi and John's testimonial
Not in a million years did my husband and I ever think we would have the
problems we have had with getting pregnant; we naively just took our
fertility for granted.  In one short year, we learned that my husband suffered
testicular damage from a hernia when he was a child, and even after
varicocele surgery, his sperm morphology was abnormal and his count
remained low.  Knowing ICSI was our only option, we underwent a
cancelled IVF cycle, and then a failed IVF cycle, with nothing covered by
insurance.  At our failed cycle meeting, the RE specialist informed us that
not only did we have male factor issues, but we were also facing female
factors due to my diminished ovarian reserve.  His recommendation was to
use either donor sperm or donor eggs, or preferably both.   The RE then
said he could put us on a 6-9 month unproven donor waitlist, if that was
what we chose.

A few days later, the msn.com article was published.  Many friends and
family members, knowing our journey with IVF, forwarded us the article.
However, by nature my husband and I were skeptical… ivfvacation.com
seemed too good to be true.  I started the arduous task of researching and
following up with prior clients.  I read the ivfconnection.com thread from
beginning to end.  I researched the clinic.  And then I spoke with Craig and
Marcela directly.  And we were sold.  We submitted our donor details on a
Friday and were matched on all criteria by the following Monday.  We
asked to go as soon as possible, and we had our trip booked for the
following month.

Summer vacation for Carly and Stan
Having been married over 15 years and still no children, our  hopes seemed to be dwindling.  I had one miscarriage
about 10 years ago. Since then-my husband and I had gone to an infertility Clinic in Canada...to no avail-- and many bottles of tears!
If one needs to have an egg donor there (in Canada)-one is not allowed by their law to pay the donor.  Well, that makes things really difficult!  For "who" out of
the  blue is just going to donate to us out of the goodness of their heart?

We had been praying for a child for a long time...A Christian friend of mine said she would pray that I could soon have children, or adopt.
It was shortly after this that I providentially found the  IVF Vacation website.  I was thrilled.  Being a medical person, made things definitely easier on us-- and the
whole process.

I started asking Marcela and Craig lots of questions by phone and by e-mail.  My husband, being so "very careful" about everything wanted to thoroughly check
things out.  We visited the Zlin Clinic's web site, saw their list of Doctors and found out that one had the incredible honor of being one of the first doctors in the
world on an IVF team.  All things seemed like a "go" and we prayfully proceeded forward.  I was ecstatic.  Marcela and Craig went the extra mile to assure us and
provide for us every needed information regarding any concerns.
Both my husband and I had travelled to Europe before, so the thought of going to another country was not intimidating-but intriguing.  And to have a vacation at
the same time and possibly get pregnant would just be too wonderful for words!

Well, our journey was successful, and we Praise the Lord that I am pregnant now! I am  quite a phenomena at my drs. visits (due to my "older" age) and I am well
taken care of by my doctor. One Nurse Practitioner there assured me that I am healthier than 1/2 of her patients.

I thank the Lord for Marcela and Craig's dedication to helping couples be able to make their dreams come true!  We are so happy and await
the birth of our "miracle child" next year.  I hope that you also, (reader of this web site) will also find an incredible journey and dream coming true as you persue
IVFvacation also!

October 2007 - Carly just wrote her amazing news, they are expecting baby boy, the expecting parents are thrilled.

Jane and Jose's story
We just got back from the Czech Republic two weeks ago. I was there for 23 days, and my husband joined me on day 14. I was using my own eggs; hormone
shots were required for the first 2 weeks of my stay and what an adventure that was. I would have never thought that I’d be willing to stab myself in the stomach
and legs in the hopes that it will get me pregnant.
Now, I don’t even remember how I found the website, but I know I researched IVF clinics all over the world, and this one was the only one that convinced me.
My husband and I had been trying to have a baby for almost 3yrs when we found out about IVFvacation from
my best friend Kay.  We had been researching donor egg and knew it was our last option before adoption.
We first contacted Marcela in April of 2007, and after talking to her, knew we'd found our miracle!  We sent in
our deposit and it set for us to cycle in late July!
Our whole experience from the first phone call to when we got home was the best experience we could have
asked for!  Craig and Marcela were always there to answer our (my) many questions ;)  Once in Zlin, Dr. Anna
and his whole staff were so kind and understanding!
We had the added joy of having Kay, her husband and their daughter there to cycle with us :)  From the first
day, it was one adventure after another!  We were up and heading for the train station early each morning to
tour another amazing place!
We had decided early on to leave all decisions in Dr. Anna's experienced hands.  We had in our opinion,  an
amazing donor that had gifted us 26 eggs, where 15 had fertilized and on transfer day, we had 4 total, 2 to
implant and 2 to freeze :)
We are now 25wks pregnant with a baby boy, who we've named Trystan :)
Even if we hadn't had the outcome we have, we had the best experience, a adventure and trip of a lifetime,
filled with the best memories!  Who knows, maybe we'll be making a return trip to see if we can give Trystan a
brother or sister?  Or maybe we'll just go back because we have such fond memories of the places we visited,
and of the wonderful people of the Czech Republic :)

Sincerely,

Bennie and Elaine Caylor

Elaine and Bennie's experience
Dear Marcela:
Today we are happy to report that we have completed the first trimester of our pregnancy. IVFvacation
was our absolute last hope!Thankfully, our last hope has given us great pleasure to announce that we
are once again expectant parents. We have one natural child so it came as a complete surprise that we
would suffer from secondary Infertility. Post-partum, my hormones went awry and let me infertile without
any explanation or diagnosis. We spent too much time and absurd amount of money on approximately
fourteen different types of medicated fertility procedures, six different doctors and specialists, 150
venipunctures and subsequent bruises, 120 vaginal ultrasounds, approximately 452 injections and used
needles, and fifteen extra fertility ponds added to my frame. In June 2007, I decided to do something
different. I was desperate. I was six months away from turning 40 and I was quickly running out of time. I
began to search international options.
