I am a health care professional in my 40's. I have adopted and biological children and yet I found myself dreaming,
wishing I could have another child. I have not used birth control in 6 years with no pregnancy  so I understood that
getting pregnant at my age just wasn't going to occur naturally.  I sought the help of prominent fertility specialists and
did several rounds of various fertility treatments hoping to conceive our own biological child...still it didn't
happen...and my insurance does cover In-Vitro Fertilization - so I was not under the financial strains of fertility work.
Still no success. My Doctor recommended using donor eggs.
I wanted anonymity, I wanted to carry and give birth to a child that I could call my own and never have to look back.
We arrived in the Czech Republic and upon meeting Dr. Anna and the staff touring the facility I was Sure we had made
the right choice. He was a humble and yet confident man who knew his field and set me at ease discussing our options
for this procedure. His clinic has every state of the art piece of equipment U.S clinics offer and even a few they don't.
As a scientist I was impressed by his embryologist and nurses and how detailed and efficient they were. I knew we were
in good hands.
I am a single woman who recently traveled to the Czech Republic to do a cycle of IVF through ivfvacation.com this past June and I was completely satisfied with my entire trip. I
felt Marcela and Craig had earned their reasonable fee even before I got on the plane here in the US. They were both so completely helpful and patient with my numerous
questions. They walked me through what I needed to do here in the States, when I should book my flights and what to expect once I began treatment in Zlin.
Unfortunately I did not get pregnant on my first try at the clinic in Zlin, but since I am 41 years old I was planning on perhaps needing more than one round of IVF to get pregnant
and because I chose to pursue treatment in the Czech Republic I can afford to go back again and try once more. (Something I wouldn't have been able to do here in the US).

We would like to share our experience with IVF Vacation because it was very positive and beyond our expectations. We are also very grateful to Dr
Anna, his staff and to the Fite's. I happened to run across the IVF vacation web site while searching for possible news about failed IVFs.
We have gone through 2 failed oocyte donation IVFs in the past. Our donors were poor responders, so we felt that perhaps that factor made our
cycles unsuccessful, although we know that it can not be determined with certainty what causes an IVF cycle to fail. The IVF Vacation web site was so
compelling that I felt giving ourselves another "last chance", at least this time we could take a little vacation to central Europe which I have always
wanted to visit. I researched for references on Dr Pilka's work (one of the founders of the clinic) and I was so pleased to find out he is one of the
pioneers in IVF research and that his work is worldwide recognized
.
Juede and Kevin's testimony
I am a 35 year old woman that had my tubes tied in my early twenties. I had three children and thought that their Dad and I would be together forever. How
wrong was I.
My current husband and I were together for six years and he didn't have any biological children. We both began to long for a baby of our own. We looked into
having my tubal undone, but found that there were complications that would make that option impossible.
After contacting Craig and Marcela we were put at ease. They gave us a legitimate United States phone number and we talked to them personally.
We decided that we had nothing to loose and everything to gain. My husband and I flew to the Czech Republic on September 3, 2006. We stayed in Zlin and
recommend the Hotel Saloon. They have a restaurant with an  American menu and have a friendly, helpful staff.
Leysi's Testimonial
I am a 40 yr old woman who had my tubes tied after 2 boys since we did not want any more children.  After three years we decided to try again to
see if we can have a daughter.  I decided to get a tubal reversal for which I traveled to Mexico, the surgery was a success, however for the
following two years I got pregnant 5 times but they all ended in miscarriages.

Wayne and Amalia's experience
In order to fully appreciate the adventure at IVF Vacation, you just have to try it.  The clinic, doctors, and support staff far excel their counterparts in the USA.  I work in
the medical imaging industry and deal with doctors, clinics, and hospitals on a daily basis.  It was a pleasant change to deal with medical staff that really care and have an
interest in your well being.

My wife just hit the big 50 a couple of months prior to the trip, which was really “pushing the envelope” according to the stateside clinics.  We spent right at $30,000.00 for
a donor cycle which failed miserably.  After putting up with all the shots, trips to the clinic, we find out nothing happened. We had seen the IVFVACATION website earlier
in the year, but didn’t know if we could squeeze it into our schedule.  But, after the first failure, we decided to try it in the Czech Republic before we attempt to adopt.

So here we are, spending a good couple of months sending emails back and forth with Craig and Marcella getting questions answered.  After we narrow down a time
frame, the good people at the clinic start to coordinate a donor for us.  So, here we go.

We arrived in the Czech Republic on a Friday so we could spend a few days in Prague.  That was our only mistake.  We should have gotten there sooner.  The city is
magnificent-- especially if you love architecture and the engineering of old buildings.  The city is very clean, people are friendly, and overall a great experience.

Robert and Frances's experience
Oh what a fantastic experience we had working with IVF-Vacations, in July of 2006!  Our experience was so wonderful, that we would like to share it with you.  Before we even left
for Czech, Marcela was in constant contact, answering all questions and giving needed information via e-mail.  Her genuinely kind nature, along with her true bi-lingual ability,
resulted in her being the perfect interface between us in the States and all information from the Czech.  Though not a short flight, once we arrived, Craig was there with a sign to
meet us and drive us to Zlin.  Craig’s punctuality and fun nature provided for a seemingly quick drive from Prague to Zlin.

We found the clinic to be as nice if not nicer than any clinic we had been to in the US.  Dr. Anna speaks English very well, and Marcela was with us for every appointment just in
case there were any language barriers which could have been encountered.  Craig and Marcela’s punctuality was impeccable.  Never was there a concern about when they were
going to arrive – they constantly kept us informed, and always followed through with their word.
We have been trying to conceive for 4 years now, and have been though 3 AI and 2 IVF’s, so we were pretty familiar with the protocol.   I would suggest to anybody going on an
IVF Vacation as their first time trying IVF to definitely talk to a few people who have gone through the process, so you know what to expect in terms of medicines, appointments,
ultrasounds, etc.  Get as many details as possible before you go.  I was very impressed with the entire staff at the clinic.  They were all so nice and caring - they brought a tear to
my eye with their few but such kind words.  Dr. Anna is an excellent Doctor.  Procedures that were painful for me in the past, were effortless under his care.  We felt honored to be
treated by such a fantastic Doctor.

Our trip to the Czech Republic to do in-vitro was one of the most exciting experiences of my life. I discovered IVF Vacation simply by accident while trying to search for my
fertility drugs overseas, and thank goodness I did.
I sent an email to Craig and Marcela not even really expecting a response to that email so soon. At the time I found myself wondering if this was to good to be true, a trip
to Europe and the possibility of coming home with a priceless souvenir. How cool is that!

My husband and I began planning our trip to Europe about 4 months in advance and Craig was there to answer all of our questions on a moments notice.
At the time of our introduction Craig and Marcela were already in the Czech Republic. Marcela had just given birth to the girls earlier that week and the new family had a
lot of hospital time on there hands. I figured that was why Craig was so prompt in returning my emails and calls. I was however wrong. Craig’s diligence never ceased.
Both Craig and Marcela take this job very seriously with both enthusiasm and excitement.
Rupert my husband and I arrived in Prague on the 3rd of  February 2007 and were pleased after such a long flight to not only arrive to the Pension Uno which was a
wonderful place to stay, but to also find that the couple that runs this fine establishment were so very kind and helpful.  Our first appointment at the clinic was scheduled
just 48 hours later and we began the fertility treatment with such optimism. I myself am 33 years old and we were told by the doctors here in the states that between my
age and the fact
that we were dealing with male infertility factors we should probably have a good chance. That being said...

Fran's Adventure
There is an old saying that states “When it’s right, you know it.”     That was true for me from the very first contact that I had with Craig and Marcela
and it has stayed true throughout every stage since then.

I first learned of Craig and Marcela and ivfvacation.com through a friend of a friend last October.  Needless to say, I was a bit hesitant to believe that it
could be as good as she said.  However, once I visited the website and spoke to Craig in person, my doubts were put to rest.  Given the enormity of the
undertaking, it took my husband and me three months to finally decide to go to Zlin.  During those first three months I must have sent at least 100 e-
mails with every possible question and concern.  No matter how silly, anxious or trivial the e-mails were, Craig and Marcela answered each one
thoughtfully and with great humor.  Poor Craig – the e-mails only got worse in January after we decided to go to Zlin.
Jane and Jose's story
We just got back from the Czech Republic two weeks ago. I was there for 23 days, and my husband joined me on day 14. I was
using my own eggs; hormone shots were required for the first 2 weeks of my stay and what an adventure that was. I would have
never thought that I’d be willing to stab myself in the stomach and legs in the hopes that it will get me pregnant.
Now, I don’t even remember how I found the website, but I know I researched IVF clinics all over the world, and this one was the
only one that convinced me.
