| I asked a million more questions, had a million more concerns and worried about a million more things – and that was every week!!! Throughout it all, Craig and Marcela had the answers for me or they got them within hours from Dr. Anna at the clinic. They made the entire process leading up to our trip as easy as it could have been given how nervous I was. From signing the contract to medications to the ivf process itself, no concern went unaddressed by them. As the time came for us to leave for Zlin, I had every confidence that we had made the right decision and could not wait to get there to embark on the next stage of our journey. When we got to the Prague airport Zuzka and Tony were there to meet us as promised. During the three hour trip to Zlin and the Pension Uno, Zuzka filled us in on our appointment schedule, gave us our pre- programmed cell phone and made some suggestions about places to see while we were in the Czech. Throughout our stay, Zuzka was never more than a call away. She was there for each and every appointment and was invaluable in her translation assistance. Dr. Anna and all of the clinic staff were absolutely wonderful. Don’t be put off by how young Dr. Anna appears. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and very reassuring. It was evident that he had read our file before we saw him. He explained everything he did and the reasons for it. He spent as much time answering questions as we needed. The clinic itself was fully equipped and spotless. On each and every visit Dr. Anna sat with us to let us know what was happening. We never felt rushed or left out of the loop. The Pension Uno was a wonderful choice for us. It is small and lovely and just far enough from the center of town to provide a relaxing retreat while still being close enough to walk most places we wanted to go. Hannah and Cesmir were great hosts. They also had a car available to rent for a very reasonable price. We took advantage of that more than once. The Czech country is just beautiful. We saw so many fantastic things!! Do not miss the opportunity to really enjoy your vacation. While the reason for the trip is a very important one, I am convinced that the fact that we took the time to relax and enjoy our stay was of great benefit to us. All in all, I just cannot say enough about the entire ivfvacation.com experience. From start to finish it was all that I could have hoped for and more.
